Peters' Resort

Another week at Peter's Resort with Grandma Mary's family! 32 people total...some the whole week some just a few nights! Such a better trip this year for me because I am old enough to run around with all the other kids!

The Lee's Water Park

We dropped Daddy off at the airport today and thought we'd swing by David and Mikko's house since we were so close! Much to our surprise they had a full on water park in the back yard! So fun to cool off on a sunny day!

Cabin Fever!

My Mom finally had a couple days off from work so we escaped to the cabin Wednesday through Sunday!

Unfortunately we were not the only ones spending the week at the cabin-the Lake Flies had taken over! It was a total infestation -we couldn't even be outside!

We visited our friends house-away from flies-that have so many cool animals it was like going to a petting zoo! 3 horses, a pig named Daisy, a dog named Jake and tractors!

We went over to Glenwood to play in the park! All the flies had left Glenwood a couple days ago and flew over to our side of the lake!

We'll have to come back to this park when we're at Peters' Resort in a couple of weeks!

I am 23 Months Old!

I am 23 months today! I am repeating everything and have been putting words together to make mini sentences! In the car I told my Mom, "Mommy Drive Car!" She was amazed and instantly called Daddy to brag how smart I am! I can point and say my body parts, I am working on numbers and colors. I like to say everything is "Purple-Green" and I like to say that there is "Two" of just about everything! My latest sentence has been to say "A car!" and then point to another car and say "A nodder Car!" It makes my parents laugh-which is a nodder of my favorite things to do! I have become the comedian in the family and I love to be silly! I am still sleeping in my crib. I prefer to sit at the table rather than a high chair. And if you tell me to go this way I am going THAT way! (It drives my Mom crazy! He-He!)

Mikko Turns 2!

Mikko loves trains so he had his 2nd birthday at a train museum in St Paul called The Jackson Street Roundhouse. It was such a cool place to hang out!

The whole party got a private train ride-the birthday boy got to ride up front in the engine car!
