Happy New Year!

My first New Years Outting! *A whole block away from home!*
We had dinner at The Fieldhouse where we are always treated well!
(My parents became regulars WAY before my arrival!)
I am now using chew toys to help bring out these choppers! No actual teeth showing yet-but my parents insist on shoving their fingers over my gums every day to check!

...And then I kicked it with my puppy!

I Am Half A Year Old!

Take this Viking's cheerleader outfit off please...

I am 6 months old today! I am on the move too-I have started rolling! It's really funny to wait until my parents leave the room so that when they come back I've moved 2 feet from where they left me! We have my 6 month check up after the New Year-so it will be a couple weeks for a height and weight update! I am still very easy going-I love car rides and sleeping and strolling around town. My parents are convinced that my first words will have something to do with the dog because I find him very entertaining! (And Buster is very entertained by me too!)

I met Santa!

Santa said "Leah, don't pull Santa's beard!" But I did anyway! See how Santa is holding my hand down? He he

Waiting for my turn...
Keeping an eye on Santa

We went to Ridgedale to meet Santa. I wore my "Santa's Helper" outfit that my cousin Sophia gave me. My parents made me wear a rudolph hat that everyone was commenting on. I thought it was borderline child abuse!

St Nicholas Day is Observed!

Papa Lee and Grandma Mary reminded me to leave my shoes outside the front door last night on the eve of St Nicholas Day. The tradition says the good children wake up to find treats and candies left by St Nicholas on December 6th -he is considered the patron saint of children!
St Nick must have thought I was very sweet this year!

Here's my new rattle! Thanks Papa and Grandma for reminding me to participate in St Nicholas Day! Very cool tradition! I bet pink crocs are the traditional shoes too...
