9 Month Check-Up

Today was my 9 month check up and my parents told me there would be no shots at the visit! LIARS!! The Doctor wanted to draw my blood to make sure I'm not being posioned by lead products in or around our home. Poor Me! I weigh 16.3 lbs and I am 27 1/4 inches tall. Besides being small the doctor was very pleased with everything else. She prescribed a baby multi-vitamin that I will start taking daily. It is liquid so it will just be added to something I eat or drink that day.

I am 9 Months Today!

Today I am 9 months old! I eat all day now-I haven't refused a single food that has been served to me! My Mom even made "Salmon Surprise" out of a baby cookbook and I ate it all up! I'm still not totally clear on the whole "crawling" idea yet-rolling gets me from point A to point B just fine for now! I still sleep through the night and nap twice a day. I loved taking walks this week in my stroller while Daddy's been home. Now that I'm bigger I can cruise around town in an umbrella stroller which is way easier to get in and out of! We went to the Humane Society today to see all the dogs-since I go crazy for ALL dogs, not just my own! I love playing with Daddy's I-phone now too...it has become an instant distraction when I start to fuss!

The Anderton's were in town from Texas this week so we had a quick visit today! Lily is 16 months old and is so active-she wanted to wrestle my Dad! He was too scared though-her parents call her "Baby Kong" (as in King Kong!)

Happy 91st Bday Great Grandma Pidge! I celebrated 2 of my great grandma's birthdays this week! We had dinner with Great Grandma Millie before picking Dad up at the airport!
